I'll be honest I was near to writing an review of franchise mode in sports games just a month ago. Therefore I couldn't be able to resist feeling some satisfaction that EA appears to be making a big deal of franchise mode when it comes to Mut 25 coins. The announcements seem to have a positive tone based on the information we've read from EA's blog today. EA blog this morning. If you haven't taken the time to do so make sure you read my previous review of the first announcements about franchises within Madden NFL 25.
This year's Pro Bowl once again being made a franchise is an awesome way to get yourself in the sport and have your efforts be recognized. I think it's an unimportant, but significant improvement. The fact that the ratings spreads are now larger is an important change. It appeared that players were working within a very small range that didn't permit a real distinction between top talent and lesser talent. There is a chance to change the game.
The scenarios hold the potential to incorporate narrative to the mode and that's been my main goal for quite a while. Stories are what motivate us and without them, the entire game ends up lacking the quality can be. The changes and additions to development traits appear to be timely and well-thought out. The coach mode scenarios appear to be fairly large in the sense of adding new features.
Any modifications to hopefully improve and streamline the UI are welcomed. A genuine representation of contracts is always a plus. I love the idea of having draft classes or rookie generators. Being able to have throw power that cheap madden coins is more precise reflect ball's trajectory is a major deal! But it's not fully franchised, so we'll have to wait and check out what else might be coming up for this stream 5/23.
